We are all worthy. We all deserve to have all that we desire. We deserve the best in life; but how often in a day do we have feelings of not being worthy? The words uttered by others and even ourselves via our inner dialogue, the faults we perceive we have, our regrets, our mistakes all conspire to make us feel Unworthy. We must learn to silence the inner voice, to not take the hurtful words of others to heart. We must learn to embrace our infinite worthiness. Change our thoughts from, I don’t deserve to be happy, loved, respected, have a better job, make more money etc to I DO DESERVE all of that and anything else I can think of. Worthiness is your birthright, but it is up to you to recognize that within yourself!

To what degree do I deserve unconditional worthiness?
To what degree do I affect my feelings of worthiness?
To what degree do I allow others to affect my feelings of worthiness?
To what degree do I take the hurtful words of others to heart?
To what degree do I need to stand up for myself more?
To what degree do I need to walk away and learn to ignore the statements of others that tend to affect my feelings or worthiness?
To what degree do I need to silence my inner critic?
I almost used the word Make in the above Delve Deeper Questions instead of the ‘term affect my feelings’. No one can MAKE you feel anything, they can hurt you beyond reason with their words and actions, if you allow it, but you are in control of how you react. We must learn ways to diffuse how we react to the words of others. One question high on the list when someone says something about you or belittles you in some way (including yourself) is to ask yourself “To what degree is that statement true of me?” To what degree do I resonate with that statement? To what degree am I ….. lazy, stupid, miserable, a bitch, unworthy etc?
Now think of things you can say to yourself that can diffuse feelings of unworthiness in you instantly. Create yourself a trigger word or statement, when you say it to yourself SMILE and FEEL Your INFINITE WORTHINESS!
